Service

Intelligent Adjuster provides paid B2B subscriptions for monitoring property-loss events in user-selected US counties. Account access requires an active subscription and may be revoked for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Acceptable use

• You will not resell, share, or expose lead data outside your organization.
• You will not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• You will not use the service for unlawful or harassing purposes.

SMS alerts

SMS lead alerts are a transactional feature you may opt in to inside your account settings. By opting in you authorize Intelligent Adjuster to send transactional SMS messages to the phone number you provide. Frequency varies based on incident activity in subscribed counties. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by disabling SMS in settings or replying STOP to any message.

No warranty

Lead data is sourced from public feeds and automated detection. We provide the service "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Decisions you make based on lead data are at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
